Privacy Policy
Crush is a small design studio. We collect only what we need to do the work you hire us for, and we never sell your information.
This policy covers crushhh.co, the pages we make for businesses on crushhh.co addresses, and the emails we send. "Crush", "we" and "us" mean Crush Digital Atelier LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email, phone number, business details, and the words, photos and logos you give us for your project.
- Payments. Invoices are paid through Stripe. Stripe handles your card or bank details; we see the payment, not your full card number.
- Page visits. When someone opens a page we've made for a business, we record that it was opened, when, the type of device and browser, the page it came from, and a rough location based on the internet address. We store a scrambled version of the address, not the address itself. This tells us when a business has looked at what we made, so we know when to follow up.
- Business contact details we find. Before we first write to a business, we use the contact details it publishes on its own website.
How we use it
- To design, build and launch your project, and to make the changes you ask for.
- To reply to you, send invoices and receipts, and follow up on work we've shown you.
- To keep our records for tax and accounting.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted services to run the studio, and they handle information only to provide their service to us:
- Stripe, for invoices and payments.
- Google (Gmail and Google Workspace), for email and our working records.
- Vercel, which hosts our pages and the websites we build.
- Supabase, the database where page visits and client records are kept.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Emails from us
If we've written to you and you'd rather we didn't, reply "no thanks" or email eric@crushhh.co and we'll stop.
How long we keep it
Project files and messages stay as long as we're working together, plus as long as tax rules require us to keep records. Page-visit records for businesses that don't become clients are deleted within 12 months.
Keeping it safe
Our pages are served over a secure connection (HTTPS), access to client records is limited to the people doing your work, and we use the security settings our providers offer.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email eric@crushhh.co and we'll answer within 30 days. If you're in Canada, the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your privacy regulator.
Websites we build for clients
When we build a website for your business, that website's visitors are your customers, and you decide how their information is used. We can add a privacy policy to your site; you're responsible for its accuracy.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
