Terms of Service

The plain version: you see your homepage before you pay anything, half starts the build, the rest is due when it's live, and once it's paid the site is yours.

These terms apply when you hire Crush Digital Atelier LLC ("Crush", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Your proposal says what's included and what it costs. If your proposal and these terms ever disagree, your proposal wins.

1. The work

We design and build what your proposal describes, usually a website of up to five pages plus any launch extras it lists (a promo video, a launch email, an ad set). Anything not in the proposal, like extra pages, a booking system or a second language, is quoted before we start it.

2. Your first look

The homepage designs we show you before you hire us are free to look at, with no obligation. They stay our work until you buy the project, so please don't use them, or have someone else build from them, without hiring us.

3. Paying

4. Timeline

Most sites go live within a week of go. That depends on you too: we need your content, answers and approvals as we go. If your site isn't live within a week of go for a reason on our side, your first three months of changes are free.

5. Changes

Changes to your pages are included for 30 days after launch. Text or email what you'd like changed and it's usually live the next business day. After that, unlimited changes are available on an optional monthly plan you can cancel anytime. New pages or features are quoted first.

6. Who owns what

7. Hosting

Hosting is included, and nothing renews unless you ask for it. If you ever want to move your site, we'll give you every file.

8. Cancelling

If you cancel before we start building, we refund your deposit. After the build has started, the deposit covers the work done and isn't refunded. Either of us can end the project by email; you pay for work done up to that point, and we hand over everything you've paid for.

9. What we don't promise

We build fast, careful sites, but we can't promise search rankings, sales or results from them, and we're not responsible for services we don't control, like your domain registrar, email host or payment provider. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the project.

10. The rest

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. If something here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on the date of your proposal applies to your project.
